If your BTR is out of warranty and is not working, or if you are moving a BTR from one machine to another, you can purchase parts from our factory. We can also help you determine if your ADR BTR is working or not, and get you back on-line fast.

Executive Tape Conversion Services

$395 Typical cost to transfer executive tapes to a CD.

Typically three or four tapes. If more tapes are required add $100
All tapes must be on reels, and readable.

Repair Services

$150 Validate your BTR is fully functional.

$495 Repair your broken BTR - Send in your BTR, we will attempt to repair it, if we can not repair we will only charge for evaluation.

$295 Upgrade BTR firmware from any old version to latest - Send in your BTR, we modify it.

$975 Exchange your broken BTR for a fully warranteed BTR.

$295 Upgrade 128K BTR memory to 512K.

$495 Upgrade128K BTR memory to 2Megabyte.
